Cancellations
Your treatment time has been reserved especially for you, but it understandable that plans may change.
If you do need to cancel, please give at least 24-hours notice.
Arrive early
When scheduled for a facial and/or massage, please arrive 10 minutes earlier than your appointment time for optimal preparation and relaxation.
Running late
Arriving late will limit your treatment time, possibly your relaxation. Your treatment will end at the originally-scheduled time so that the next client’s treatment is not delayed.
