Return Policy
Returns for refunds or replacement.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date of purchase. Items can be returned for a refund or replacement under the following circumstances:
The item(s) should not exhibit symptoms of being dropped or mishandled.
The product/packaging is defective, the incorrect item/s were delivered, or the item/s were damaged during transportation.
A response occurred. Please contact us at info@dgiftofbeauty.com before returning your merchandise. Please take aware that photographic documentation may be requested.
Product(s) may be replaced within 7 days after purchase if unopened and unused. You are responsible for paying for postage to and from our warehouse.
Only goods purchased directly via dgiftofbeauty.com are eligible for refund or replacement.
If you purchased the item(s) from a Skinscence stock list, you must contact the shop directly and follow their Returns and Exchanges Policy.
Exclusions
There are no returns on sale products.
No refunds for changing your mind.
How should I proceed?
If you want to request a product replacement or refund, please email info@dgiftofbeauty.com. Please provide the order number and reason for return or replacement. We will advise you how to return your goods to us. After receiving your item(s), we will tell you in writing of the outcome within 7 days. If your return is authorized, we will offer a refund to the original payment method. Your bank may take up to three days to approve this transaction.
